*NOTE: Shipping cost is reflected in final invoice sent with your order. If you want to know you shipping cost before paying for your order you have two options:
•Let us know you would like to know the total of your order with shipping before charging your cc by placing a note in the comment section at checkout.
•Select option "pay by phone" and we'll give you a call back with your order total including shipping.
We strive to get your order out on the SAME DAY that you order!! Our carriers pickup at 3pm PST. Any order placed after 2:30pm PST will go out on the following business day. If something out of the ordinary occurs (severe weather, incomplete shipping address, payment delay, etc…) we will make every effort to contact you through email or phone.Our American orders go out on Tuesday and Thursday mornings so please time your order around that schedule for faster delivery.
All our shipments are sent either with FedEx or the Postal service. If there are any tracking numbers they will be promptly placed on the “Recent Orders” section of your personal account as well as in a confirmation email that is sent when the package is shipped. Some smaller packages may not have a tracking number. If you are not able to see your tracking number, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org .
IMPORTANT: For American orders, please note that there is sometimes a delay between the time the package is shipped and the time when the tracking number will be in the Fedex system . There can sometimes be a delay of 2-3 days as the package makes its way across the border. This does NOT mean your package will take longer to arrive. Delivery is 10-14 business days and sometimes we get it there even quicker.
