RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days after you receive your order and will be refunded to the original payment amount or exchange for a different item. Please note, we charge a 10% re-stocking fee on all returns.

2. We do not accept returns on the following products:
custom-cut products such as chain, wire, wire lace leather or cord pre-packaged items that have been opened such as stringing materials, kits, seed beads or Delica seed beads books.

3. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

4. If you receive an order with an error please call or email us so we can correct the issue immediately. If more than 7 days after receiving your order has passed we can not offer any exchanges.

5. Please return the item in its original packaging with the invoice/receipt.

6. Please make sure your full name and email address are included in the package, or we cannot process the return. Please include the item numbers of the product you would like to exchange for.

8. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return the items to us. We STRONGLY recommend that you use a ‘traceable carrier’ that can provide you with proof of delivery. We shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

PROCESSING

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been received and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

We strive to get your order out on the SAME DAY that you order!! Our carriers pickup at 2pm PST. Any order placed after 1:00pm PST will go out on the following business day. If something out of the ordinary occurs (severe weather, incomplete shipping address, payment delay, etc…) we will make every effort to contact you through email or phone.

All our shipments are sent via Canada Post, DHL, or FEDEX. If there are any tracking numbers they will be promptly sent to you in a confirmation email when the package is shipped. If you did not received a tracking number, please contact us sales@beazu.com .

USA

USA orders ship from our warehouse every FRIDAY via USPS. If your order is over $800 there are chances that we will split your order into two packages. Tracking information will be sent to your email address as soon as the packages leave the warehouse.
